Production Operative

STEM Recruitment is working with a leading diagnostics company to hire 2 Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality to join a company focused on producing high-performance diagnostic products.

• Support the manufacturing and packaging of diagnostic products
• Accurately complete production records and documentation
• Operate and maintain lab equipment
• Perform filling, labelling, and packaging tasks to high standards
• Manage stock and materials efficiently
• Follow all GMP, GDP, and internal quality procedures

• Standard Grade or equivalent in English and Maths
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using IT systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Previous GMP/laboratory experience is an advantage but not essential

• Salary of £29,520 per year
• Shift patterns: 6am-2pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm
• Full training provided
