Production Operative - Day Shift
Location:
Penicuik
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours:
Back & Early shift rotation - Day shift every Friday
Are you looking to build a career within a regulated manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Production Operative to join a specialist production team, working in a cleanroom environment where accuracy, attention to detail and following procedures are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be involved in the filling, labelling and packing of products, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and in line with strict quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Filling, labelling and packing products
Using liquid agents to test products before packing
Working in a semi-confined cleanroom environment
Carrying out tasks in a fast-paced production setting
Observing cell growth and grouping blood types as part of the production process
Completing and maintaining accurate production documentation
Following procedures to maintain quality and compliance
Participating in shift handovers to ensure a smooth transition between teams
What You'll Get

Monday-to-Friday rotational shift pattern

What We're Looking For
Previous experience working in a regulated environment, such as FMCG, manufacturing or a similar industry
Comfortable completing paperwork and maintaining accurate documentation
Strong attention to detail and to following procedures
Comfortable working in a cleanroom or semi-confined environment
A positive attitude towards learning, training and developing new skills
Reliable, motivated and keen to progress within the role
