Job precis:
This is a superb Sales Manager opportunity with a highly sought‑after upscale lifestyle aparthotel company. This is a proactive, hands‑on Area Sales Manager role driving Corporate and Extended Stay business into the Edinburgh aparthotel. Cross‑selling other hotels in the group into clients in your region. Part of a field sales team and reporting into the UK Director of Sales for the group.
Aboutthe role
- Drive sales across all market segments from across the local Edinburgh and wider Scotland Central belt markets, into the hotels.
- Manage relationships with key clients and agents.
- Regular face‑to‑face appointments per week to source new business.
- Work closely with the UK Director of Sales and wider sales team.
- Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
- Produce sales activity reports as required.
- Hotel or serviced apartment sales experience is essential.
- Current experience within the Edinburgh market is highly desirable.
