Location:

Edinburgh & Midlothian (including Penicuik)

Hours:

Full‑time, 36 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Salary: £12.63 per hour (rising to £12.88 post‑probation) | Pay award pending

We are seeking a Tenancy Support Worker to provide vital housing and community support to older adults across Edinburgh and Midlothian.

• Provide hands‑on tenancy sustainment support.
• Assist with housing applications, including Housing Benefit and essential grants.
• Help individuals set up utility accounts (gas, electricity, etc.).
• Deliver person‑centred guidance to prevent homelessness and promote well‑being.

• Minimum of 6 months experience supporting older adults within a care or community setting.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for community travel.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work independently.

• 33 days of annual leave (including public holidays).
