Programme Director

From Bid to Delivery - Driving Every Programme to Success

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Programmes to take ownership of major customer programmes, ensuring successful delivery from bid through to completion. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving performance & strengthening customer partnerships.

• Take direct accountability for successful execution of major customer programmes from bid to completion
• Build governance frameworks and control mechanisms/cadences for all customer programmes and associated programme teams
• Using all STI functional resources set goals for and achieve targets for all programme related cost, schedule and delivery controls
• Drive very high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring that we are a strategic partner of choice by ensuring high levels of customer intimacy, rapid response, attention to detail and agility
• Develop PMO function in line with business growth

We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of leading complex defence programmes at Director level and experience with manufacturing systems (e.g. MRP).
