Inspection Coordinator

A manufacturing company is currently recruiting a coordination officer to join their team in Dalmine. You will be responsible for various coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations between the head office, overseas bases, and subcontractors. Business level of Italian and English language skill is required.

Contract Type:
Permanent (6-months’ probation period)

Salary: up to €36k (including 14th salary) + bonus

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 (office based)

Location:

• Coordinating inspection and process control
• Quality checking of inspection reports
• Communication with headquarters, overseas bases, and subcontractors
• Coordinating the timing of factory inspections (FAT) and intermediate inspections
• Coordinating delivery dates and shipments
• Verifying the consistency of shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists
• Report preparation
• Ad hoc tasks

• Business-level Italian and English proficiency
• IT skills (email, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a busy environment
• Excellent communication skills
