** Overview of the Role
** As
** Head of Lottery – Italy**, you will have full ownership of Italy’s lottery portfolio, leading the strategy, development and execution of draw-based games, including Super Enalotto and others numeric games (Eurojackpot, Win for Life etc). Your mission is to define the strategic vision, shape the product roadmap, drive portfolio evolution and ensure operational excellence across product launches, digital experiences and the overall value proposition.

This role blends
** strategic product leadership, end-to-end product development, portfolio governance and cross-functional collaboration**. It requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and the ability to translate market insights into competitive and engaging lottery omnichannel experiences that drive growth and differentiation.

Acting as a central hub between brands, external stakeholders, regulator and operation teams, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle. Your leadership will be key to driving the performance of the lottery portfolio, transforming insights into impactful initiatives and shaping the long-term evolution of the Italian lottery business.

* What You’ll Do:

**
* ** Own the full lifecycle of the lottery games portfolio
** in Italy, from strategy and positioning to daily operations and future development, leveraging market insights to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities across games and customer experiences to drive growth and customer engagement;
* ** Product Launch & Optimization:
** lead the ideation and the launch of new products and features, including concept ideation, benchmarking, user research, gather user feedback, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvement of the player experience;
* ** Digital Product Strategy****:
** lead the development and enhancement of digital and retail experiences, coordinating brand needs and priorities and managing the product roadmaps accordingly. Lead the definition of the best product plan by identifying and developing innovative digital solutions aimed at accelerating the performance of lottery games;
* Develop and implement the
** annual product&marketing plan**, including product launches, initiatives and product evolution strategies aimed at growing turnover, online incidence and player engagement;
* ** Business Case Creation & Prioritization:
** define, evaluate, and prioritize business cases for new projects based on brand demand, revenue potential, and regulatory constraints;
* ** Group Play Management**: lead the strategic evolution of group play offerings by managing sales performance, proposition development and go-to-market activities. Oversee publishing and reporting processes, monitor unsold ticket risks, and optimize retailer-facing solutions to strengthen the overall value and appeal of group play experiences;
* *
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:

** collaborate with internal departments (Platform & Demand, Legal, Finance, Compliance, BI, Brands, etc.) as well as external partners and regulator to execute strategies and projects seamlessly.
