Product Marketing Specialist - Tactical BU

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist (PMS) to join our Tactical Business Unit. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), this role plays a critical part in understanding customer needs and acting as the key connection between Product Development and Sales.

As Product Marketing Specialist, you will ensure strong market positioning and clear communication of product value propositions, both internally and externally. You will generate and stimulate product demand, define strategic positioning

Ex and messaging, and equip the sales organization with the tools and insights needed to succeed in the market.

The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for:

• Researching the market and customers toোৱাৰ identify trends, competitive dynamics, and both B2B and B2C customer needs.
• Defining the product’s market positioning by developing buyer personas and clearly articulating the product’s value proposition.
• Creating and managing consistent product messaging across all communication channels.
• Leading internal and external communication strategies around product launches, prepares and coordinates all go‑to‑market activities and assets, and developing content and training materials that enable and support the sales team throughout the selling process.

• Strong product knowledge and solid understanding of market dynamics and competitors
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems and BI tools
