This Position reports to:
Global Head of Sustainability
Your role and responsibilities:In our new Robotics company, you will work with the Sustainability team to enhance our position as a leader in sustainability for customers. Your role will ensure our sustainability actions are clearly communicated and that we achieve high ESG voluntary ratings, converting them into competitive advantages. The position is flexible to support additional sustainability areas and adapt to evolving business needs.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Support strategic ESG voluntary disclosures (e.g. Eco Vadis, CDP, Supplier Assurance SAQs), including evidence collection, drafting, submissions, follow-ups, and tracking improvement actions
- Manage and close sustainability requests from customers, coordinating inputs from Business Lines, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and Legal to ensure complete and consistent responses
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of responses, statements, tools, and materials in collaboration with Marketing and Sales to support commercial teams
- Provide cross-coverage on adjacent sustainability topics (e.g. circularity documentation, awareness and training) and reprioritize activities as business needs evolve
- Improve workflows and data (intake, tagging, dashboards), contribute insights to the sustainability roadmap, and ensure Green Marketing guidelines are defined and deployed in line with anti-green washing legislation
- Mater Degree in Sustainability/Environmental Science/Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Between 1- and 3-years working experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or related, in industry or consultancy
- Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills; ability to manage multiple contributors and align inputs effectively
- Robust data organization and quality control capabilities (e.g. Excel, SharePoint or similar tools)
- Familiarity with ESG assessments and standards such as Eco Vadis and CDP; solid understanding of GHG Protocol fundamentals and exposure to PCF/LCA
- Knowledge of key ESG regulatory frameworks and disclosures (e.g. CSRD, TCFD)
- Strong business acumen with a sense of urgency, learning agility, and adaptability to support broader sustainability topics and pivot as priorities evolve
