Your Mission 🚀To unleash your creativity and give life to dynamic and captivating video content for our three You Tube channels:
David Laroche FR, Paradox Sans Filtre, and Paradox Business.
- Produce 1 authoritative educational face‑cam video monthly for David Laroche FR, embedding music, animations, and b‑roll.
- Edit 2 celebrity/expert interviews monthly for Paradox Sans Filtre and 1 CEO/expert interview for Paradox Business, focusing on smooth audio mixes and multicam video.
- Craft Hollywood‑style trailers to hook viewers for each interview.
- Drive brainstorming sessions, bringing proactive and original ideas to the table.
- Ensure each channel retains its unique essence while upholding Paradox's value of creating awe.
- Adhere to specific standards and checklists to guarantee Netflix or cinema‑level quality.
- +2 years of You Tube video editing experience, capable of independently tackling complex editing challenges across various software platforms.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Premiere Pro with knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
- Experience editing long videos and short videos for social media platforms.
- Experience creating animations in videos; motion design is a plus.
- Alignment with Paradox's core values, especially “create AWE.”
- Detail‑oriented – meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative genius – storyteller, sprinkles stardust across narratives.
- Deadline warrior – time management and mastery of deadlines.
- Problem solver – agility in navigating challenges with innovative solutions.
- French: native.
- English: fluent.
Full‑time position from Dubai, Lisbon, or remote. Flexible working hours, autonomy, and accountability. Offices in Dubai and Lisbon. Paid standing desk, Mac Book, and annual allowances for fitness and professional development. One‑on‑one coaching and team building events.
