You will be the first point of contact for dentists and orthodontists in regions related to the commercial South Area and be responsible for clinical education, communication, and support of both external and internal customers. Your mission is to provide customers the best clinical education and help them to become experts on Invisalign technique, increasing their clinical confidence. You will be traveling around the designated area to visit doctors in their clinical practices to improve their knowledge about the Invisalign technique.

You will be field based in the area of Puglia, Basilicata, Campania;
Calabria and Sicilia, including 70% customer visits in the area.

• Drive growth and build clinical confidence of customers through education on Align’s clinical protocols and Clin Check software program as well as clinical troubleshooting
• Provide medical expertise, training and guidance to marketing and commercial teams and ensure they have sufficient clinical knowledge and information regarding the company's products
• Investigate and analyse clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events
• Drive and accelerate clinical confidence for selected groups of doctors via specifically designed educational programs in close coordination with customer support and sales team

• 1-3 years outside of directly related experience or joining from dental practice with no direct commercial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry/odontoiatria, Dental Hygienist (igienista dentale) or Dental Technologist (odontotecnico)
• Fluent in Italian
• High proficiency in English
• Currently based and living in Campania
• Willing to travel up to 70% of your time in the area Puglia, Basilicata, Campania;
  Calabria and Sicilia
• Valid driver licence

You are a trained dentist, dental hygienist or a dental therapist who is looking for something beyond the dental practice. You love dentistry but maybe not all of the aspects of working in practice.
