We are currently seeking a Junior HR Learning & Development Specialist to strengthen our HR team.
ResponsibilitiesTraining Coordination
- Support the planning and organization of courses, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Manage training logistics: training calendar, participants, invitations, classroom arrangements, materials.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of training materials (slides, guides, e-learning modules, videos).
- Support the standardization of training formats and communication of learning initiatives.
- Collect data from managers and employees to identify skill gaps.
- Support the administration of surveys, assessments, and interviews.
- Upload and update training content on the LMS.
- Monitor course participation and maintain training records.
- Generate reports and statistics on learning activities.
- Support the organization of training sessions for new hires.
- Ensure onboarding materials and learning paths are up to date.
- Collect feedback and post-training evaluations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and management.
- Monitor L&D trends and best practices.
- Suggest solutions to enhance engagement, effectiveness, and digitalization of training activities.
- Degree in Psychology, Education Sciences, Economics, or related fields;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel);
- Strong interest in learning, development, and HR processes;
- Accuracy and effective time management.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or training roles.
- Basic knowledge of LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Success Factors, Moodle, etc.).
- Ability to create digital content (Canva, Articulate, video editing tools).
- Comfortable speaking in public.
- Empathy and strong communication skills;
- Curiosity and motivation to learn;
- Proactiveness and problem-solving attitude;
- Teamwork orientation;
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
