Job Description Senior O&M Technician 03/12/2025
Job Description:
We are currently looking for Senior O&M Technician to join our M Renewables team in Italy
, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN
.
Your role will encompass:
- Carry out scheduled preventive and unscheduled corrective maintenance; identify and coordinate external resources.
- Monitor PR and Availability; ensure compliance with guaranteed values and local regulations.
- Keep records and maintenance logs; update server files and ensure electronic backups.
- Perform Spare Parts Management and track third‑party activities.
- Manage and update CMMS and internal platforms/files.
- Ability to work remotely and travel to solar plants when required.
What you bring to the role:
- Minimum 3 years proven track record in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at solar projects greater than 1 MW
- Minimum 1-year proven track record in other electrical jobs
- Experience in String Inverters, Trackers, MV/HV equipments, IT (comm, cameras/optical fiber), CMMs, Driver Licenses.
- University Degree in Electrical
- Knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation
- Fluent English and fluent Italian
