As part of our Electro-Mechanical Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of products used by customers around the world.

We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across functions, and continuously improving products throughout their lifecycle. In this role, you will combine design expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to enhance product performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability.

If you are motivated by innovation, ownership, and working in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you.## What You'll DoAs a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and improving our existing product portfolio while contributing to new engineering solutions that create value for both customers and the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and developing mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD tools (Creo preferred).
* Identifying opportunities to improve product performance, reliability, quality, and cost competitiveness.
* Developing innovative engineering solutions and validating designs through analysis, testing, and verification activities.
* Supporting manufacturing and quality teams in root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
* Contributing to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
* Assessing customer feedback and business requirements to drive meaningful product enhancements.
* Managing assigned projects and engineering activities to ensure delivery against timing, quality, and cost objectives.
* Participating in customer visits and technical discussions to better understand real-world applications and user needs.
