La figura è responsabile di garantire l'efficacia e il miglioramento continuo del Sistema di Gestione Qualità nei plant assegnati, in conformità agli standard aziendali, alle normative internazionali e ai requisiti specifici dei clienti. Collabora con i team locali per pianificare ed eseguire audit interni ed è responsabile per la gestione degli audit esterni (clienti e terze parti).
Principali responsabilità:- Supportare i plant produttivi assegnati durante la preparazione e l'esecuzione di audit esterni, assicurando la corretta implementazione dei requisiti IATF e dei clienti
- Gestire il processo di audit interno, pianificando ed eseguendo le verifiche periodiche
- Assicurare il mantenimento e il miglioramento del Sistema Qualità, analizzando le procedure e promuovendo la diffusione di best practice e standard interni.
- Formare il personale sui processi legati al Sistema di Gestione Qualità
- Gestire i portali clienti per tutte le tematiche relative ai sistemi qualità
- Coordinare ulteriori attività richieste da normative e requisiti specifici (es. Conflict Minerals Reporting)
