Junior Accounts Receivable / OTC Specialist About the Role:
This position is responsible for processing customer invoices, monitoring payments, and supporting order-to-cash activities, while playing a key role by working in close relation with customers, sales and supply chain.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing as well as compliance with VAT regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies
- Accurately process and record all incoming payments, transitory accounts reconciliation and unapplied cash monitoring ;
- Claims management: gathering claims, cooperate with sales, customer services, supply chain in order to verify, investigate solve and follow up on customer claims and deductions;
- Supporting Credit Management function in reviewing and analyzing open and past‑due customer balances, short payments and in preparing ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Supporting Head of Accounting in month end closing procedures
- Supporting Head of Accounting in internal and external audits;
- Ensure AR activities comply with internal controls, Gorup accounting and operating policies, and regulatory requirements. Identify areas of improvements and support process enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business;
- Ability to interact effectively and proactively
- Organizational skills and result oriented, as a good team player
- Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong knowledge of Excel (i.e. pivot table, v-look up)
- SAP knowledge considered as a plus
- Fluency in English , spoken and written
- Good command in German
