As a Reception Intern, you will be an integral part of our daily operations and the first point of contact for our international guests. You will be actively involved in a variety of tasks, including:

• Guest Check-in and Check-out:
  Handling the arrival and departure processes efficiently.
• Customer Support:
  Assisting guests with their needs and questions throughout their stay.
• Welcome Kit Preparation:
  Preparing welcome materials and information packs for guests.
• Site Management:
  Accompanying guests to their pitches or accommodations and performing regular checks on available sites.
• Daily Operations:
  Supporting our reception staff with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

We are looking for a candidate who is:

• An EU citizen with good communication skills in English. Knowledge of German or Dutch is a significant advantage.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

We provide a monthly allowance of €800 and shared on‑site accommodation in a mobile home. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience, improve your language skills, and immerse yourself in Italian culture.
