Recruiter – Slovenian Speaker

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who can help us expand our network by identifying and referring highly qualified experts across different fields. This is a unique, performance-based opportunity: instead of a fixed salary, you will earn a referral fee for every expert you refer who is successfully hired, and continue to receive that fee for as long as they remain engaged, building a passive income stream.

• Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries. You will be responsible for referring experts to join LLM data training projects, offering them fully remote and flexible work opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple industries.
• Experience hiring across Slovenian‑speaking countries in Europe, as well as within diaspora communities across the world.
• Native or bilingual Slovenian proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
