The Sourcing Expert is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across the EMEAI region to meet business hiring needs. This role focuses on proactive talent sourcing strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and leveraging market insights to support Talent Acquisition and business leaders. The Sourcing Expert acts as a subject matter expert in sourcing techniques, tools, and employer branding initiatives to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
TalentSourcing & Pipeline Development
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for critical, niche, and hard-to-fill roles across EMEAI.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with short- and long-term business needs.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Linked In Recruiter, social media, talent mapping) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected regional positions, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified shortlists to Hiring Manager and HRBP.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer process in collaboration with HRBP.
- Work closely with TA Manager, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to align sourcing priorities with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, pipeline health, and recruitment status.
- Act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategies and market trends.

- Track sourcing and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, diversity representation) and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for TA Manager and leadership to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated on sourcing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement new sourcing channels, technologies, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred:
Certification in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Social Media Recruiting - 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment within a multinational environment.
- Proven track record in direct sourcing and pipeline building for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Familiarity with labor market trends and competitive intelligence in EMEAI.
- Direct sourcing (Linked In Recruiter, deep dive, x-ray, Boolean searching)
