TXT e-Swiss SA, part of the TXT Group, is looking for an Instructional Designer to join the team based in Switzerland, contributing to the development of an innovative LMS, CMS, and TMS system in the aviation sector for a prestigious international customer.
Main Responsibilities- Develop E-learning content and conduct peer reviews.
- Create lesson plans based on a defined training syllabus.
- Ensure Quality Assurance and version control across all E-learning projects.
- Liaise with Engineering and other departments to verify technical information.
- Support the improvement of processes and standards.
- Contribute to the development of the team and its working practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aviation, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Aviation background (pilot or technician).
- Experience in E-learning content development and related tools.
- Knowledge of learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Training Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience with Java script scripting.
- Knowledge of German.
- Ability to work in an international environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, quality orientation, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to think laterally, solve problems, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
