Your Opportunity with usWe are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our IT Department as a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst – SAP Datasphere/BW, located at our offices in Rivas Vaciamadrid (Madrid, Spain)
Role MissionThe Junior Business Intelligence Analyst – SAP Datasphere/BW, designs, develops, and maintains data solutions that support strategic decision-making. They work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, leveraging SAP Datasphere, SAP BW and Power BI platforms. This is a hands‑on role with opportunities for learning and career growth in BI.
Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Design and implement data models and ETL processes in SAP Datasphere and SAP BW.
- Develop and manage datasets and dashboards in Power BI.
- Collaborate with and coordinate external teams for BI projects and maintenance.
- Participate in system and user acceptance testing.
- Support business users and training sessions when required.
- Stay updated on new SAP BI technologies and best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Datasphere – data development, modeling, and loading.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, especially dataset creation.
- 1–2 years of experience in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) – extraction, development, and modeling.
- Valuable knowledge in: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)/ SAP BPC/ SAP Business Objects (BO)/ SAP S/4 HANA/ SAP HANA/ SAP ECC
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Team‑oriented mindset with cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Change management capability – training and supporting users during technology adoption.
- Adaptability and continuous learning attitude.
- Attention to detail and data quality focus.
- Initiative and curiosity for innovation in BI and SAP tools.
