We are seeking an experienced, visionary, results-oriented, and hands-on Global Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital agenda for our Global Ice Cream Division. This crucial role will shape and execute the digital strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives, driving performance across all digital platforms, and enabling market sharing and collaboration for brilliant local execution to accelerate growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring strategic leadership, creativity, and operational excellence to accelerate growth and deliver, directly or in partnership with our market teams, consistent, impactful brand experiences at scale to continue driving our growing business.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be the driving force behind the global digital agenda for the Ice Cream Category, starting with Digital Strategy & Agenda Setting by ensuring performance, evolution, and alignment with divisional business objectives. This involves partnering with global and local Marketing, Media, and eCommerce teams to drive digital initiatives under the framework of Digital Excellence, and aligning these initiatives with overall brand strategies to support growth across multiple markets and platforms.

You will also serve as a key contributor to the organizational evolution of digital for the overall Ice Cream division.

In the area of Content & Editorial Excellence, you will drive the deployment of digital strategies, supporting and leading content creation and ongoing maintenance to fuel category brand growth. You will manage global editorial plans across digital and social media touchpoints, enhancing crucial collaboration with Area/BU teams, agencies (media and creative), global digital media, and marketing teams, ensuring brand identity is consistently expressed across all digital channels, with a strong emphasis on our Power Brands (e.g., Kinder, Nutella, Premium Chocolate).

Regarding Owned Platforms, you will define and manage strategies for brand websites, social channels, and other digital properties to ensure relevance, consistency, peak performance, and continuous improvement. You will enhance local website visibility through Search strategy development, leveraging analytics, content coordination, and AI-driven opportunities, and support CRM activities in priority markets by analyzing customer interactions to drive performance measurement and actionable insights.

You will also be expected to evolve and strengthen the Division's global social media strategy in collaboration with Masterbrand teams and partners, driving the use of social listening to identify consumer and shopper opportunities and innovations. This requires you to collaborate closely with marketing teams to bring new ideas, deepen consumer engagement, and ensure alignment with category objectives.

Collaboration & External Partnerships are essential; you will work cross-functionally with Media, eCommerce, CSU, Masterbrand, and Wells teams to align and integrate digital initiatives into the broader commercial strategy, share learnings, and focus innovation. Furthermore, you will manage strategic relationships with global partners (such as Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Dentsu, and Pubbliregia), continuously advancing the organization’s digital knowledge and culture, and staying ahead of digital trends by identifying new opportunities and piloting innovation projects to keep the category at the forefront of digital excellence.

Finally, you will lead Performance Measurement & Optimization. This means monitoring the effectiveness of global digital campaigns and platforms, delivering insights and optimization recommendations in partnership with Media, CSU, and Area/BU teams. You will partner with Area/BU teams to evaluate campaign performance, share learnings, and scale best practices across Group, Area, and Country levels.
