Collaboration Applications Manager (full time or part time)

Do you love organizing information and helping people connect? We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our dynamic team! This is an entry‑level position, making it a fantastic opportunity to start your career in digital collaboration. If you are tech‑savvy and love communicating, we want to hear from you - we provide full training to help you master our tools!

Job

Purpose

Our organization has grown rapidly, and so has our need for great internal communication! Your purpose is to take ownership of our digital workspace (specifically Notion) to ensure it is secure, organized, and easy for everyone to use. You will be the friendly face behind our internal tools, helping colleagues across the company work together more efficiently. You aren't just managing software;

you are helping build a connected culture.

Main Tasks
  • Be the "Go-To" Support: You will help your colleagues use our digital tools effectively, answering their questions and providing friendly support when they get stuck.

  • Active Communication: You won't be sitting alone! A huge part of this role is proactively reaching out to colleagues of different roles and levels to understand their needs and gather feedback.

  • Manage the Platform: You will handle the day‑to‑day administration of our workspace—this includes managing user access, organizing permissions, and ensuring our data stays safe (don't worry, we will teach you the security protocols!).

  • Organize & Document: You will keep our digital library tidy by archiving old content, migrating data, and creating clear, helpful instructions for the team.

  • Learn & Improve: You will maintain a relationship with Notion (the vendor) to learn about new features, and then teach those features to our team.

Requirements
  • Communication

    Skills:

You are fluent in English and is a naturally active communicator. You feel comfortable sending a message to anyone in the company, from interns to managers.

  • Experience: You have some previous experience (or university experience) coordinating a company intranet, wiki, or organizing shared documentation.

  • Tech‑Savvy Mindset: You are open to learning new tools. While we provide training, you should be excited about technology.

    • Big Plus: Experience with Notion is highly preferred!

  • Personality: You are proactive—you don't wait to be told what to do; you see a mess and you want to fix it. You are also a team player who thrives in a multicultural environment.

  • Entry‑Level Friendly: You don't need to be an expert manager yet. If you have the "knack" for making tools user‑friendly and the willingness to learn, we want to meet you.

What we offer
  • Comprehensive Training: We will teach you the technical side of the job and security best practices.

  • Impact: Even as an entry‑level team member, you will have "full ownership" of this project and shape how our company collaborates.

  • Flexibility: A possibility to work part‑time (25‑30h/week), that fits well with other commitments.
