Data Enterprise Architect

Overview

Your role as a Data Enterprise Architect at NTT Data involves collaborating with clients on defining strategic data architectures to support business objectives and digital transformation. Working in partnership with Business Analysts and Solution Architects, you ll have the opportunity to lead the identification and design of cutting-edge data architectures.

• Business requirements analysis:
  Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, identify digital transformation opportunities to support business objectives.
• Data strategy definition:
  Defining a data strategy aligned with client objectives, including data acquisition, management, analysis, and utilization.
• Data architecture design:
  Developing and communicating a strategic vision for the company s data architecture, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and supporting innovation and business growth, such as cloud-native architectures, hybrid architectures, Data Mesh paradigms, Data Fabric, Data Virtualization, etc.
• Data platform evaluation:
  Evaluating and recommending the most appropriate technology platforms and tools to support company data management and analysis, such as Modern Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse, data search engines, analytics tools, considering factors like reliability, scalability, security, and cost.
• Data governance:
  Defining governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout the organization, including metadata management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Cloud Data Platform Migration:
  Collaborating with clients to assess, plan, and lead the migration of their existing data platforms to cloud solutions, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective transition.

• Significant IT work experience, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to designing data solutions and scalable distributed architectures.
• Deep knowledge of data architecture principles, including data models, integration tools, data management platforms, data analysis, and business intelligence technologies, including the ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies in the data landscape.
• In-depth knowledge of major data and cloud solutions such as Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, etc., and their advanced functionalities.
• Experience in implementing data governance solutions, including policy and procedure definition, metadata management, and data security.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Preferably, relevant certifications in data architecture and related technologies (CDMP, TOGAF, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Snowflake Snow Pro Core Certification, etc.)
