We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist with strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our AI Team. The selected professional will contribute to the development of Search Engine AI
, an advanced chatbot designed to answer questions related to corporate accounting. You will collaborate closely with an international AI team, providing technical expertise in NLP and applied Machine Learning.

• Develop and optimize NLP models to support chatbot functionalities.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to refine the Search Engine AI product.
• Analyze data, pre-process textual information, and contribute to model training and evaluation.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with project requirements.
• Document work clearly and communicate progress effectively within the team.

Hard Skills

• Proven experience in Machine Learning
  , specifically in NLP applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python
  .
• Experience working with modern NLP libraries, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., Transformers, LLMs, Deep Learning).
• Very good level of english and/or italian

Professional Experience

• At least 5 years of experience working in Artificial Intelligence or related fields (not necessarily senior level).
• Experience in NLP-related projects is strongly preferred.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus, though not required.
