Data Product Lead [Relocation to Malta Required]

We are looking for a Data Product Lead to oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of data products that drive key business decisions and strategies. This position is office based in Birkirkara, Malta. We can provide relocation assistance if you're outside the city or country.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data product owners.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data product needs and prioritize features.
• Ensure data products meet business objectives and user needs.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for data product-related inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Gather and incorporate feedback to enhance data products.
• Monitor and report on the performance of data products.
• Implement improvements based on performance data.

• 5+ years of experience in data product management, BI, or data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL and Power
  
  BI.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data security best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Team Player.
• Very good written and spoken English.
