We collaborate with thousands of merchants, investors, advertisers, agencies and performance marketing networks to bring the best value to our users. This Project Manager role is a cross‑functional position that blends technical understanding with strong organizational skills.

To support our growth and strengthen our Engineering function, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who will serve as the main point of coordination for all engineering projects across the organization.

You will work closely with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to build and scale project management frameworks, streamline delivery processes, and ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.

This role is fully remote with residency in either Italy or Spain , with occasional travel to our headquarters, and requires close collaboration with our Engineering team to drive successful outcomes and continuous improvement across projects.

Project Planning & Delivery:
Lead the operational management of development projects, including website, app, browser extension, API, and white‑label initiatives.

Oversee the entire project lifecycle— from scoping and requirements gathering to delivery and post‑launch optimization.

Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring milestones are well‑defined, achievable, and aligned with business priorities.

Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and daily coordination across Engineering, UX, and Data teams.

Monitor timelines, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Establish efficient communication flows between technical teams, management, and stakeholders.

Support the definition and refinement of release processes, documentation standards, and QA checkpoints.

Identify bottlenecks or risks early and propose practical mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.

Serve as the bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable technical plans.

Work closely with the CTO to align project priorities with long‑term technology strategy and scalability goals.

Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project teams.

Track and report on project KPIs, including velocity, delivery timelines, and quality metrics.

Continuously evaluate workflows and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and team productivity.

Leverage project management tools (e.g., Click Up) to maintain clear visibility of progress and dependencies.

Support the definition of documentation standards, knowledge‑sharing systems, and best practices across teams.

3+ years of experience managing technology or digital development projects (web, app, API, or platform).

Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional communication across technical teams.

Solid grasp of technical concepts such as integrations, release cycles, and system architecture.

Proficiency with project management tools (Click Up is our project management tool). Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.

Comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.

Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (C1 or higher) is required.
