The successful candidate will be employed at the Department of Law. The selected professor will carry out teaching and
research activities consistent with his/her academic-discipline field and in harmony with the main research lines of the University, its Research Centers, and the Schools, related to Private Law. He/she should be able to conduct lectures in Italian and in English on Private Law topics. The candidate will be expected to promote research projects both nationally and internationally.
In particular, the specific functions will have to cover, in addition to the essential traditional topics of obligations and contracts—also considered in the innovative forms offered by the contemporary market—the following topics:

• Rights in the digital society;
• New contractual formalities;
• Private autonomy and sectoral legal systems;
• Evolutionary paths of civil liability;
• Dynamics of remedial techniques.
