Process Engineer

Team Process for a dedicated assortment, driving process performance,optimization, and innovation of coating process within a dynamic team environment. Teamwork is one key for our success. The candidate will report directly to the Team Leader Process.

As a Junior Process Engineer youhave to ensure the repeatability and optimization of production processes,guaranteeing the appropriate level of quality and productivity.

In this role, you’ll contribute to:

• Supporting the team Process, ensuring the repeatability and optimization of production processes, guaranteeing the appropriate level of quality
  and productivity
  ;
• Monitoringkey performance indicators (
  KPI
  ) of the production process (scrap,productivity, deviations from production standards, non-conformities, and complaints);
• Identify optimal line settings to ensure repeatability in production processes while maintaining quality and production standards
  ;
• Ensurethe adequacy and timely updates of specific production operatinginstructions and manufacturing instructions for each approvedproduct;
• Takepart to the root-causes analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive measures upon quality deviations, according to the"8D" and "failure analysis" processes;

• Bacheloror Master’s degree in Materials, Chemical, Electricalor Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2years of experience (internships or thesis projects count!) in an industrial or manufacturing setting;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Familiarity with tools like DoE
  , FMEA
  , SPC and time&methods
• Goodanalytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactivemindset
  , ability to prioritize and to work in team;
• Work with attention to safety,quality, and customer-centric approach;
