The resource, reporting directly to the Assembly Manager, will coordinate the assigned team in order to achieve the main production objectives set by management, in terms of quality, production volumes, productivity, and service level.

Manage the department ensuring efficiency and optimal use of resources.

Apply to company regulations and directives. Coordinate and develop assigned personnel, fostering professional growth.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and accident prevention. Interface with other departments (logistics, quality, production engineering) to meet production needs.

Promote continuous improvement and the application of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Monitor department performance and implement corrective actions.

Diploma or Degree in technical disciplines (preferably mechanical or industrial).

1–2 years of experience in Team Leader or similar roles, preferably in mechanical component assembly companies.

Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).

Problem-solving skills and ability to manage operational issues.
