The Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Integrated Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for the Italian market. Supporting VeSync brands such as COSORI, Levoit, and Etekcity, this role is essential for ensuring that product launches translate into strong commercial outcomes.

You will shape localised marketing strategies, align cross‑functional teams, oversee storytelling and go‑to‑market efforts, and adapt global frameworks for Italian consumer behaviours. You will also work directly with Italian distributors and key retailers to ensure unified execution of product messaging and campaign initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who blends creativity with business impact and thrives on managing campaigns end‑to‑end.

• Develop & Execute Italy Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of cohesive integrated marketing plans to ensure successful product launches and sustained brand growth in Italy.
• Cross‑Functional Integration: Coordinate with content, influencer, social media, PR, creative and community teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver unified campaigns.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Build campaign roadmaps, manage timelines, monitor cross‑functional progress, and proactively identify risks while driving efficiency.
• Audience Segmentation & Persona Insights: Work with the Insights team to interpret Italian consumer research and apply these insights into targeted campaigns and messaging.
• Product Messaging & Storytelling: Partner with PMM/GTM teams to develop locally relevant product narratives across digital channels, aligned with product timelines and market context.
• Distributor & Retail Partner Alignment: Collaborate with Italian distributors and retail partners to ensure consistent campaign execution, product positioning, and promotional activity.
• Performance & Analytics: Analyse campaign performance and consumer engagement to optimise media allocation, creative output, and messaging effectiveness.

• 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or campaign execution, preferably in consumer tech, lifestyle, or DTC sectors.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and complex, multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong experience adapting global strategies for local markets and collaborating with retail partners.
• Skilled in content planning and coordination with PR, content, and digital teams.
• Experience using consumer insights to shape campaigns and brand messaging.
• Excellent stakeholder management with strong attention to consistency and brand integrity.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEMRush, CRM platforms.
• Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages are a plus.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast‑paced, multicultural environments.
