Certified Nursing Assistant – Long-Term Care

Part Time (37.5 Hours/Biweekly; 3 shifts/2 shifts Rotation)

Must have high school diploma or GED.

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification Required
• BLS Certification (AHA/RQI specifically)
• One (1) Year of previous Long-Term Care experience
• Must be Licensed for 1 year

• Meet residents' Activities of Daily Living (ADL) needs as outlined in the plan of care.
• Maintain residents' environment and safety as per policy and procedure, including prompt response to call lights.
• Ensure residents' nutritional needs are met in accordance with their preferences.
• Assist with residents' rehabilitative needs, including mobility and positioning.
• Report significant changes in residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial status to nursing staff promptly.
