This travel assignment involves working within a structured healthcare environment, requiring you to perform both direct and indirect resident care under the guidance of licensed nursing personnel.

Key responsibilities of the LPN Full Time include:

• Meet residents' ADL needs in a safe and comfortable environment, including hygiene, grooming, and incontinence care. Complete documentation per protocol.
• Maintain residents' environment and safety, responding promptly to call lights and alarms. Complete documentation per protocol.
• Meet residents' nutritional needs, respecting preferences and choices. Complete documentation per protocol.
• Fulfill residents' rehabilitative needs, ensuring proper body alignment and use of assistive devices. Complete documentation per protocol.
• Report residents' rights, refusals, and changes in status to Charge Nurse promptly, based on established policies and procedures.

Requirements of the LPN Full Time include:

• NY LPN Licensure
• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
• 1 year experience as an LPN
• High School Diploma or GED
