Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN Long-Term Care LTC

Join a long-term care team in Penn Yan, New York, for a 14-week assignment.

• Assignment Length: 14 weeks

• Schedule:
  
  full time and part time, days evening and nights

• Hours:
  
  Two or three 8-hour shifts per week

• Weekend Requirement:
  Every other weekend

• Holiday Coverage:
  Required

• Active New York LPN license required.

• Current BLS certification through AHA or RQI required.

• Minimum of 1 year of LPN LTC experience.

• Long-term care experience preferred.

• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care to adult and geriatric residents.

• Knowledge of resident care plans, medication and treatment protocols, and clinical documentation.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to recognize and report changes in residents' conditions.
