• Leading and coordinating 3 team members of Raw Material Team
• Monitoring that all the various working steps of the Raw Material leather, fabrics and hardware, from R&D to Industrialization are accurately followed, to avoid any possible issues.
• Calendars:
  Make sure to receive and hit the calendars deadlines.
• Line handoff:
  Make sure to get material launched on the due dates, to hit the deadlines.
• Control of the supply chain:
  Work to consolidate suppliers to guarantee top final Quality at the best price point to the consumer.
• Weekly touch base with designers & PD: collaborate / guide designers during the selection of the raw materials and during the product development steps, anticipating risks /issues.
• Keep monitoring development timing and make sure that solutions are found in case of delays/issues.
• Costing analysis:
  Push to get target prices from PMT starting with development.
• Pricing:
  Make sure that costings are entered in AT for the requested deadline. Including estimated tools /dies costs.
• Make sure that quality analysis is made during development and in case of new materials & mat/combo & particular workmanships, pre- tests are made to avoid any risks.
• Participate to Product review In Milan with designers / Pd /QA team and vendors.
• Assure that steel molds and tools are lunched on time for bulk
• Coordinate/Work with the Production Team to forecast the best TSS based on materials, workmanships, embroideries etc to hit the deadlines.
• Make sure that all material information is passed on to the production team for bulk.
• Follow the industrialization process.
• Make sure that Industrialization is aligned with QA and work together with Pd during the PPS approvals.

• 10-12 years of experience in accessories raw materials
• 10+ years of experience in accessories product development
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of leather, fabrics, accessories construction
• Ability to regularly reposition priorities to accommodate frequent change
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving, results-oriented and detail orientated personality
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to interact with design, merchandising and logistical support groups
• Well-developed computer skills/systems orientation
• Excellent organizational skills
