Offer Description
The project aims to investigate how global value chains (GVCs) are being reconfigured in response to growing challenges linked to geopolitical instability, production vulnerabilities, and digital and ecological transitions. The objective is to analyze how firms, inter-organizational networks, and institutions are redefining governance structures and strategies to balance competitiveness, resilience, and sustainability. Adopting a theoretical–empirical approach grounded in international business, supply chain management, and strategic sustainability studies, the project seeks to develop innovative interpretative models and managerial practices for firms of different sizes operating in increasingly complex and discontinuous global contexts.
