The research program covers the characterization of multi-enzyme macromolecular complexes involved in collagen biosynthesis. Research activities will focus on recombinant protein production, as well as extraction from primary cultures, of the protein complexes, their purification and downstream characterization using biochemical, biophysical, and structural approaches.

Candidates who, on the date of the deadline for submitting applications, are in possession of a research doctorate (PhD) or equivalent qualification obtained abroad, or for the sectors concerned, a medical specialization qualification, may apply. Candidates who are in the final year of a PhD or medical specialization course, and due to graduate within six months of the publication of the selection notice, may also take part in the selection process.

A):

Research and development experiences within the scope of the research topics, supported by the publication of scientific works, and molecular models and maps on PDB/EMDB obtained using X-ray crystallography and/or CryoEM.
