The researcher will be required to explore the topic of Computer Generated Holograms (CGH) for the projection of holographic images, using both phase and amplitude modulation of light. In particular, the researcher will be required to develop innovative algorithms that outperform the state of the art in terms of computational load and image quality. The combination of multiple algorithms should be considered as a mrethod for optimising both computation time and image quality.
