** La risorsa ricercata è un  Sales Account Welfare, che verrà inserit  all’interno della Direzione Benefits & engagement Solutions, con l’obiettivo di sviluppare la rete attraverso l’acquisizione di nuovi clienti, nonché della gestione degli stessi. La risorsa sarà costantemente impegnata in attività che incoraggino l’adoption delle soluzioni welfare, piani di mobilità e programmi di People Care. Principali attività:
* Raggiungimento target e obiettivi di sviluppo nell'area assegnata (parte del Lazio tra cui Roma e Abruzzo);
* Monitoraggio attività;
* Gestione dei clienti acquisiti ed esistenti;
* Attività di retention dedicate;
* Supporto e partecipazione attiva al monitoraggio della customer satisfaction dei clienti.
