** La risorsa ricercata è un Client Inside Sales, che verrà inserit all’interno della Direzione Marketing. La figura sarà dedicata allo sviluppo del
* segmento SMEs*, attraverso il canale telefonico, con l'obiettivo di incoraggiare l'adoption delle nostre soluzioni Ticket Restaurant e Ticket Shopping.
Principali attività:
* Ricerca e acquisizione di nuovi clienti a partire dalla gestione di lead, attraverso attività in outbound, inbound e recall;
* Gestione end-to-end del processo di attivazione dei clienti acquisiti;
* Redazione reportistiche dettagliate sulla propria attività attraverso l’utilizzo del CRM aziendale (Salesforce).
* Raggiungimento dei target assegnati e monitoraggio dei KPIs;

* Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella vendita telefonica di servizi B2B;
* Titolo di studio: costituisce titolo preferenziale un’estrazione universitaria;
* Pregressa esperienza di lavoro con obiettivi/KPIs assegnati;
* Conoscenza di un ERP, preferibilmente Salesforce;
* Conoscenza di Excel.
