Your role You will contribute to the sustainable growth of the business by promoting our solutions to both new and existing customers. You will represent the Atlas Copco brand in the assigned area (Central-South: Lazio, Umbria, Abruzzo), developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
You will manage your own schedule independently, making frequent visits to current and potential customers while maintaining constant contact with internal support teams. You will collaborate with Marketing to identify new business opportunities and ensure high-quality after-sales service in synergy with the Aftermarket Service team.
Your market analysis and customer visit reports will support Management in developing effective commercial strategies. You will participate in special projects such as new product launches and marketing campaigns, and work with colleagues from other divisions to maximize customer relationships and overall results.
Your goal will be to understand customer needs and provide the most suitable solutions.
- Actively achieve the assigned sales target, ensuring both quantitative and qualitative results.
- Prepare accurate reports on activities (orders won/lost, follow-up, funnel process).
- Identify new potential customers and plan relationship‑building and development activities.
- Manage the assigned area in compliance with Territory Management and Market Share objectives.
- Use the company CRM for all activities, increasing the area’s Business Intelligence.
- Stay constantly updated on products and sales strategies by attending training sessions and reading technical materials.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to Management.
- Analyze market and competition, suggesting corrective actions and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Aftermarket Service teams to ensure long‑term relationships.
