Strategic Account Executive – Italy (Public Sector & FSI)

As Expand Account Executive, you drive revenue growth by expanding existing client relationships within the Public Sector and Financial Services verticals. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to uncover opportunities, design tailored solutions, and increase account value. You are a trusted advisor guiding customers to broader Celonis capabilities and long‑term success. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise SaaS sales and strategic account expansion, offering a clear impact on customer value and company growth.

  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within assigned Public Sector and FSI accounts
  • Build relationships across multiple levels, including executives
  • Understand client objectives and articulate measurable Celonis impact
  • Lead upsells, cross‑sells, and renewals within accounts
  • Collaborate with Value Engineers and Customer Success to tailor solutions and demos
  • Partner with consulting firms and ecosystem players on joint expansions
  • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM records
  • Proven success in expanding enterprise SaaS accounts with measurable revenue growth
  • Ability to navigate complex multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience selling enterprise software to C‑level executives
  • Collaboration experience with consulting partners or enterprise solution providers
  • Excellent English and Italian communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Public Sector and Financial Services markets
