Sales Development Representative - Italy

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a remote role
, but you must be located in or near Milan
.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating pipeline by prospecting via phone, email, and social channels. Your main focus will be engaging and creating relationships with customers across the Italian market
, setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

You’ll have access to world-class tools, data, and training to help you succeed — and as the first touchpoint for many future customers, you’ll play a key role in shaping their first impression of Keepit and our cloud-native data backup and recovery platform.

You will:

• Drive pipeline generation in the Italian market through outbound calling, email outreach, and social media.
• Create new business opportunities and book qualified meetings with key decision-makers.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies for Italy.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Keepit, ensuring a professional and engaging first interaction.

• Fluent in Italian and comfortable working in English in an international environment.
• Strong commercial mindset and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in sales development, inside sales, or another customer-facing role.
• Confident in outbound prospecting via phone, email, and Linked In.
• A proactive, structured approach to building pipeline.
• Motivated by targets and energized by creating new opportunities.
• A collaborative team player with the ambition to grow.

Our platform provides customers with an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra , Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.

We protect our customers against everything, ranging from ransomware to simple accidents.

The majority of our back-end components are written in clean, modern C++ using mainly purpose-built components. Components responsible for business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp. Everything runs on Linux.
