Role OverviewBusiness Development Representative (BDR) – Junior, Individual Contributor, Remote (Italy).

Base Salary: €21,000 – €28,000. Bonus / Commissions:

Fixed Term - 6 months.
Your role will play a major role in our success because you’ll be one of the first BDRs dedicated to the Italian market, directly fueling our sales pipeline and revenue growth. You’ll be the engine behind new opportunities — opening doors, creating conversations, and ensuring our Account Executives spend their time on high-quality, well-qualified meetings.
After 90 days, you’ll have:
- Built a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity
- Started booking qualified meetings for AEs
- Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover
- Number of outbound activities (calls)
- Number of meetings booked (SQL)
- Number of qualified meetings (SAL)
- Pipeline and revenue influenced
- CRM data quality and feedback loops
- High volume of outreach with frequent rejection
- A strong focus on phone-based prospecting (cold calls are key)
- You need resilience, consistency, and energy — even on hard days
- You’ll be measured on inputs and outputs, not just effort
- Fast feedback loops: you’ll constantly adapt based on results

- Fluent Italian (C2 / native) and fluent English
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Solid CRM usage habits (Hub Spot experience is a plus)
- Exposure to tech, HR, finance, or benefits-related ICPs
- SMB outbound sales experience
- Benefits market knowledge
