Perkin Elmer is looking for a motivated, experienced sales professional to accelerate our growth of our Perten and Delta laboratory instrumentation which tests quality and performance in the Food Industry.
The successful candidate for this position will be expected to successfully drive sales growth through hunting for new customers and nurturing existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:Business Growth – Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in food testing solutions within your territory.
Customer Engagement – Prospect, establish, and maintain strong relationships with food processors, testing laboratories, and other key accounts, driving both new business and expansion within existing customers.
Partner Management – Identify, establish, and manage local distributors and dealers to maximize coverage and sales.
Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a robust funnel of opportunities, provide accurate forecasts, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Market Expertise – Maintain in-depth knowledge of Perkin Elmer/Perten products, as well as competitor offerings, ensuring compelling customer presentations and positioning.
Thought Leadership – Deliver impactful seminars, product demonstrations, and presentations to educate and engage prospects and customers.
Ownership & Initiative – Demonstrate accountability for results, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work independently.
Travel – Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight trips. A valid driver’s license with a strong driving record is required.
Your profile:
3+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in food testing, food processing.
Track record of meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar annual sales quotas
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships at a high level within large strategic accounts.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities.
Aptitude to learn new systems and retain technical information.
