Sales Representative; Italian

We are looking for a native Italian-speaking Sales Representative to expand our commercial network in Northern Italy. The role is fully remote and commission-based: you earn based on the results you achieve, with no limits. If you know the Italian business landscape and know how to open doors, this role is for you.

• Identify and contact potential SME clients in Northern Italy, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, construction, transportation, and professional services.
• Manage the first contact and initial stages of the sales process, presenting the value of Nevance solutions in a clear and concrete way.
• Qualify the leads and assign them to the technical team for the analysis and proposal phase, maintaining the relationship with the client throughout the process.
• Build and cultivate a network of business contacts over time, generating recurring opportunities through referrals and word-of-mouth.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with Italian SMEs: you know how to approach a business owner and quickly build trust.
• Excellent knowledge of the northern Italian business landscape: sectors, dynamics, and decision-making processes in traditional companies.
• Complete autonomy in managing your time and your pipeline-this role requires self-discipline and a results-oriented mindset.
• Genuine interest in AI and automation: you don't need to be technical, but you do need to believe in the value of what you sell.
