AI Engineer, Italy - BCG X

In this role you will help build the next generation of AI solutions within BCG X, applying rigorous software practices to deliver scalable products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to frame challenges, design algorithms, and deploy production-grade software that clients can rely on. You’ll contribute to thought leadership and engage with clients on new features, shaping AI-led transformations across industries.

• Apply software development practices to build robust, maintainable software
• Be involved in every stage of the software development process
• Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices
• Optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software design
• Interact with clients in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment to deliver new features
• Collaborate in teams to share software design and solution ideas
• Think critically across industries and topics to solve problems
• Master's or PhD in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Python, Java/Scala
• Experience with Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras
• Knowledge of Num Py, Pandas, Apache Spark, Dask
• Experience with AWS (Sage Maker, EC2), GCP (AI Platform), Azure (ML Studio)
• Data Visualization:
  Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly/Dash, Tableau
• Tools:
  Jupyter Notebooks, Google Colab, Git (Git Hub/Git Lab), MLflow, Tensor Board
• Deployment:
  Flask, FastAPI, Tensor Flow Serving, Streamlit
