We are looking for a .NET AI Developer with a strong software engineering foundation and a passion for artificial intelligence to join our growing AI Development Team. You will work in an international company, a leader in data validation, reconciliation, and digital transformation systems for the process industry, and make an impact for our clients worldwide. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and process domain experts to design and implement intelligent, data‑driven applications that extend the power of our Sigmafine platform.
Your work will involve integrating AI models into .NET services, developing APIs and microservices for inference, and ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across our industrial AI stack. Your journey with Pimsoft will start with an orientation and training program, where you will learn about our Sigmafine platform, our AI initiatives, and our suite of solutions. Then, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team delivering next‑generation AI systems to our customers, both remotely and on‑site.
You will be deeply involved in developing, integrating, and deploying AI‑based components that enhance data quality, automation, and operational insight for process industries.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in software development using C# and .NET (6 and newer).
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented design, async programming, and software architecture patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, DDD, SOLID principles).
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, gRPC, or microservices.
- Proficiency with SQL Server and data‑access frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework Core, Dapper).
- Understanding of AI integration workflows such as connecting .NET services with , ONNX runtimes, and REST AI endpoints.
- Familiarity with Docker, containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines in a fast‑paced technical environment.
- Working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with , ONNX, or integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g., Microsoft Semantic Kernel, OpenAI‑compatible servers, Ollama, vLLM, LM‑Studio).
- Understanding of time‑series data, process historian systems (e.g., OSIsoft PI), or data reconciliation concepts.
- Familiarity with message queues, event‑driven systems, or real‑time data streaming.
- Exposure to Angular, Blazor, or Type Script for front‑end integration.
- Knowledge of Python, AI model serving, or vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, FAISS).
- Knowledge of Spanish or Italian is a plus.
