Pay rate: 15.20/hr
This role is responsible for reviewing and processing account maintenance mailings on behalf of Trust Accounts. The Administrator will support the Trust Operations team in various aspects relating to document management. Responsibilities include reviewing daily files, coordinating mailings with various groups/vendors, reviewing incoming mail items, identifying accounts, and looking up Administrator information for handling.
- 1-3 years of experience in the related field
- Familiarity with trust accounts or documents
- Must have excellent attention to detail, be organized, and able to use current technology tools to find answers
- Self-starter and client-focused
- Banking or financial industry experience is a plus
