We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will handle various receptionist and clerical duties at our gym. As a key front-line employee, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, ensuring that our gymnasts and their families feel comfortable and valued during their time at our facility.
Roles & Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby, bathroom, and front desk area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Manage all incoming calls and emails, redirecting as necessary.
- Monitor and update records and files to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with social media posting through our software.
- Monitor and assist with managing classes, enrollment, and staff and parent portals in our Jack Rabbit system.
